“智驾神器”骗系统，男子酒后躺副驾睡觉

9月13日凌晨，浙江一男子王某某在酒后使用所谓的“智驾神器”驾车（以“骗过”系统检测，让系统误以为驾驶人双手未脱离方向盘），自己则躺副驾睡觉，在道路上行驶了20分钟。所幸夜深车少，未造成严重后果。

最终，经法院审理，被告人王某某被判犯危险驾驶罪，处拘役一个月十五日，并处罚金4000元。

喝3斤白酒后用“智驾”，男子高速上酣睡

今年5月底，浙江杭州，33岁的驾驶员姜某当晚喝了约3斤白酒后，竟打算试试新车的“智能驾驶”水平，并误以为自己设置“自动驾驶”后，即便被交警拦查，也能辩解说自己并未驾驶，而是车辆自行行驶。

然而，在返回途中，他因酒后困倦而慢慢睡着，双手脱离了方向盘，激活了车辆的安全机制，导致车辆逐渐减速并最终停下，直到高速交警通过公共监控发现并赶到……

对此警方表示，无论是否开启辅助驾驶功能，驾驶员都是车辆的实际操控者和责任主体，只要驾驶员饮酒后在车内启动车辆并行驶，就符合酒驾、醉驾的认定条件。据警方透露，姜某被淳安县人民法院判处拘役一个月，并处罚金2000元。
